Emily Feller
In her classes, Emily fosters a warm and friendly environment that feeds curiosity and fuels wonder. Mathematics goes beyond following a process to get an answer. It is a beautiful display of God’s design in creation and man’s participation in such throughout history. Emily walks alongside her students, cultivating their mathematical thinking and helping them to view themselves as mathematicians participating in this wonderful mathematical tradition.
Emily earned a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Bachelor of Science in Math with a concentration in Latin, both from University of Dallas. She has spent most of her life involved in Classical Christian education, from her time as a student to her years of teaching upper-level math and Latin. A native Texan, Emily taught at a Christian school in Uganda from 2019-2024. When not in the classroom, Emily can be found reading, cooking, exploring the outdoors or visiting friends around the world.
