Section: Schools, Summer   |   School: School of Logic, School of Rhetoric

This is the self-paced version of our live summer course. This course will introduce the habits of a successful student by working through a range of topics such as setting up a workspace, time and task management, note taking and active reading skills. By considering these tools and behaviors, students will be ready to implement strategies in class and in their independent study time to work effectively towards mastery.

The course consists of five short modules which include ~ 90 minutes of recorded instruction per module. It can be completed in 1 week or stretched out over several sessions to allow for further consideration and practice. Although it is self-paced, this course will serve students best when a parent or someone else is actively involved to encourage students to consider and implement the principles taught.

This class is intended for those students entering grades 7-12.
